Networking fails because everyone picks the person they already half-know. So nobody picks. Put your name in, and the draw puts you on a strand with four or five others — spread across stage and city, or matched so that what you are looking for is what somebody else can hand you.
You get your strand, their profiles, and a thread of your own. Where you meet is up to you. Usually it is boba.

02Once a month everyone who puts their name in is drawn into a small strand. Four or five founders, decided by the draw rather than by who you already know, with a thread of your own to sort out where you are meeting.

03See the right person, send a connect request with one line of context. Once they accept, contact details open and so does a thread. No cold opens.

04Hiring, raising, asks, milestones. Short posts, so the community is still alive between events.
